Tasha may also contribute her expertise to enhance this session.

Professional Development Path Recommendations

After your initial consultation, Kim will provide personalized recommendations to steer your professional growth over the coming weeks. These suggestions are crafted to align with your career goals and enhance your skills within the program’s framework.

End-Program Review

In May, Kim will conduct a follow-up one-on-one meeting to evaluate your progress towards your professional goals. This session offers a chance to reflect on your experiences, tackle any remaining challenges, and gain insights on continuing your development after the program concludes.
